In 2009, the company was founded in Amsterdam in The Netherlands and it started with their first projects.
Since 2011 Amforca – Sports, Health and Lifestyle is a Dutch B.V. (comparable to an English ‘Ltd.’ or German ‘GmbH’).

Helping children to prevent overweight in the future. Showing children that sport is fun!
A lot of people sit much more during the day than they did in the 20th century. A lot of people spend a lot of time of their days behind their desks and computers and the risk of bad posture and overweight has been increasing.
We want to support parents, seniors, business men/women, or any other people, who are busy or under a lot of pressure or stress, to stay healthy and fit.
Secondary prevention is a medical term. Secondary prevention aims to reduce the impact of a disease or injury that has already occurred. Within our philosophy, we want to support people to get fitter again, to reduce already existing problems such as neck or back problems and to prevent re-injury. Amforca-Sports therefore developed several concepts since we find it really important that everybody does a physical activity or training on his/her level, because of all the benefits, that come with it.
We support others to get or maintain a good and healthy lifestyle. We promote physical activity for all ages and we aim to make people understand that there are a lot of benefits when physical activity is part of our lives.
Having and maintaining a good posture is very important.
Therefore Amforca-Sports co-operates with Swedish Posture, which is an innovative
company developing products which promote a better posture.
